From console pilot to API integration: a cloud Android launch checklist

Plan instances, applications, files, streaming and operational responsibilities before moving a cloud phone pilot into your product.

Cloud Android device management console

Validate a complete workflow in the console

Before writing integration code, use the console to choose a device, prepare an application and complete a representative workflow. Check remote interaction where needed. This separates application compatibility questions from integration issues.

Record target applications, device types, Android versions, instance counts and acceptance criteria. Confirm actual operations and outcomes instead of recording only that a page opened.

Decide which capabilities your system needs

ArmCloud provides instance, application, file and real-time streaming capabilities. Select the functions required by your user journey and confirm their interfaces in the developer documentation.

Keep sensitive credentials in a controlled backend rather than public pages. Define operation status, failure messages and retry rules in your system for actions users can trigger repeatedly.

Plan interaction and failure handling together

If your product needs remote viewing and control, include streaming in the pilot. Check visual output, input feedback and reconnection under representative network conditions. Assess results on the actual devices and environments you intend to use.

Agree on user messages, issue records and responsibilities for unavailable instances, application failures and interrupted connections. Monitor whether the business workflow completes, as well as whether a request was sent.

Confirm operations and expansion before launch

Document the initial instance count, expected growth, maintenance arrangements and support contacts. For owned hardware, also agree on the deployment location, connectivity, storage and maintenance responsibilities. Confirm pricing and service scope with our team.

  • Validate representative device and application workflows.
  • Confirm the API and SDK integration scope.
  • Define failures, retries and reconnection behavior.
  • Record instance scale, delivery configuration and support scope.
